Here’s Why I Know You Are Full of Creative Abundance, My Friend

You are more prosperous and happier than you give yourself credit for.

Here’s Why I Know You Are Full of Creative Abundance, My Friend

The word “wealth” simply on its own can mislead. For example, I don’t think I am wealthy, but I know I am creatively rich.

Let’s define wealth as possessing material things. So yes, wealth is the ownership of material objects or resources of economic utility, money or exchangeable value.

Material wealth is a created unnatural human state, whereas abundance is a natural state of nature and a boundless universe.

Abundance is defined as a relative and ample degree of plentifulness.

Plentiful of what?

We’ve all heard stories of happy poor people surrounded by plenty of love.

Are you abundant even though you and your partner may consider yourselves piss-poor? — Would you say you are wealthy because you’re in love? — You may not use the word wealthy, but I’d say you’re rich!

I always tell Ibrahim that our partnership is like winning the relationship lottery.

I bought a beautiful sailboat just before jumping off the corporate hamster wheel at age 54. So people think I am rich. My response is that I am rich in heart, and my wealth is not defined by my possessions (leave it at that).

Not having the funds to pay someone to refurbish the interior of my sailboat forced me to tap into creativity and figure out how to do it myself.

It took a little longer, and I made mistakes along the way, but the sense of pride and satisfaction was immense. My vessel now looks fabulous, and I have abundant carpentry skills to undertake new creative projects.

As I’ve matured and confronted life’s challenges, I’ve realized that throwing money at a problem is not always a feasible or wise response.

Even though I’m periodically broke, the universe offers me a great degree of plentifulness.

What’s the value of my ingenuity, creativity, motivation, ability to connect with others, skills, etc.?

Creativity is the ability to make or otherwise bring a unique solution to a problem, a new method, an artistic object or a form into existence. — Britannica

So you see, my lovely reader, you don’t need money to be creative.

The less money you have, the more creative you become. — Think about it!

Material wealth is a created unnatural human state, whereas abundance is a natural state of nature and a boundless universe.

Your creativity is a natural state.

The human idea of wealth is to experience the material world.

— Ok, that’s cool… I get we all need stuff…. Allah forgives me if I should not want to live without an iPhone Pro-Max — eh!

Your creativity is a natural state

Take stock and see abundance everywhere.

Consider the enormity of divine intelligence around you that creates abundant beauty and infinite proliferation in your life.

So now ask yourself what your current material wealth gives you on an emotional level — not a physical one?

Yea, sometimes you need cold hard cash to survive. Thank the universe Ibrahim, and I had the funds to hire a good lawyer when he was denied reasonable access to fair, impartial treatment by an immigration officer to visit Canada.

So yes, abundance also includes making money, investing and having an earnings potential to pay for shit!

If you must buy stuff, consider doing so in the pursuit of Significance, Connection, Belonging, Personal Growth and Contribution.

These five core human needs (a topic for another time) are the aims of people whose lives you touch daily!

There is nothing wrong with possessing ‘stuff’; make sure it contributes to your long-term joy.

Abundance is being able to do what you want, when you want, with whom you want, for the reasons you want, as long as you do so with love and integrity.

Occasionally, you need help remembering why you want things in your life.

Ask yourself: How would I spend my time if I had unlimited wealth? — What would I be thinking and feeling?

Have an abundance frame of mind.

The abundance frame of mind is based on the belief that everything is sufficient for everyone. Therefore, all you need is the ability to see things as they are — abundant!

Ditch the feeling of lack.

If you want to understand what “lack of” feels like, visit a third-world country.

I’ve been to Myanmar and Bangladesh for a month at a time, and trust me when I say that, in comparison, the West is dripping in abundance!

Having an abundance rather than deficiency attitude can profoundly impact how you live, create and inspire.

Lay aside the ramblings of your mind and the dictates of society to have extra stuff. — create!

And you’ll find the universe a place of profound abundance.

There’s not one snowflake but an infinity of unique designs. Not fifty blossoms, but hundreds. Not a bunch of stars, but billions. Deep space is beyond our comprehension or ability to count.

If the universe is boundless and abundant, it is partly because your creativity brings abundance to others.

So — think about that for a moment.

The universe limits us through laws of nature, such as gravity or the speed of light and sound. But sadly, as consumers, our misguided beliefs lead us to believe we never have enough.

The universe limits us materially but not spiritually.

Could you seek to convince your soul that it can have, be, or do all it truly desires?

I’m not referring to a manic sense of unrealistic optimism. I get you can’t walk on water (I’ve tried), and a little pragmatic balance goes a long way.

It’s time you see things as awe-inspiring and make connections to self-express.

But to do so, you must refrain from using the absence of material wealth as an excuse to block your creative abundance.

Yea, I get that we all have to pay the bills. However, make time to pursue hobbies, experience joy, and have a life that matters (to you). So — don’t wait for the cash to come……

To live love, learn a proud life on your terms and the terms of those near and dear to you.

These outcomes give our lives meaning and offer a sense of abundance.

As you practice self-care, believe what you have today sufficient. Then, your creative thinking will flow to the surface of everything you do.

You’ll notice that delightful synchronicities start to take place. For example, The time you listened to a neighbour’s problem may have saved their life while simultaneously……

…..satisfying yours. — this is abundance at work!

You could go so far as to say you are the abundance to others; in return, others came your way.

The universe is bountiful and intends to share it with you. So, likewise, your world is full of creative abundance waiting to be discovered.

What if you had a new point of view to grab onto — and could proudly tell others…

…. “Today, I am wealthy and full of abundance!”

Indeed, where focus goes, energy flows. — — so focus on abundance.

Keep creating,
